The invention relates to an electrical control device for valve.
To replace the manual operation, the electric control device for valve, such as ball valve, butterfly valve or the like, emerges, through which the valve can be automatically closed and opened.
From the Chinese patent 2013 20 517 801 an explosion protection valve is known, which uses an electric drive device to solve the problem of the conventional solution.
The drive device of the Chinese Patent 2013 20 517 801 has a drive motor which directly rotates a spur gear, which rotates an eccentric rod and an output shaft, whereby the valve can be closed and opened. When the valve reaches the closing position (the opening angle is 0 °), the drive motor is switched off. The pumped agent in the pipeline can generate a counterforce, which causes the spur gear set to be slightly turned back, so that the valve is not completely closed. Since the opening angle is greater than 0 °, a small amount of the pumped agent can be passed through the valve, so that there is a risk of explosion.
To solve this problem, the drive motor is provided with a locking device (brake). When the valve reaches the closing position, the drive motor is turned off and locked by the locking device to prevent turning back the spur gear set, so that the valve can be kept in the fully closed state.
However, the Arreitervorrichtung (brake) increases the susceptibility to failure of the drive motor, so that the reliability is reduced.
The invention has for its object to provide an electric control device for valve, which can hold the valve in the fully closed state (the opening angle is 0 °), whereby the drive motor no locking device (such as brake) needed so that the susceptibility to interference and the repair cost of the drive motor can be reduced.
The invention will be explained in more detail with reference to an embodiment which is illustrated in the drawings.

As can be seen from Figs. 1 to 16, the invention comprises a lower housing 11 which is rectangular in shape, a bottom 111 and a wall 112 which form an upwardly open receiving space, wherein in the receiving space, a first partition plate 113 and a second partition plate 112 are formed, which form a first chamber 115 and a second chamber 116, wherein on the underside of the bottom 111, a sleeve is formed, which is connected to a first through hole 118 of the bottom 111;a drive element 12, which has a round body 121 and a plug insert 122 under the round body 121, wherein the round body 121 forms a round recess 123 having on the inner wall first teeth 124 which are spur teeth, wherein in the center of the round recess 123 a axial positioning hole 125 is provided, wherein the plug insert 122 of the drive member 12 is inserted from above into the first through hole 118, whereby the round body 121 is received in the second chamber 116;a rod 13 whose lower end is fixed in the mounting hole 125;a first gear member 14 having a middle ring portion 141, an upper ring portion 142 and a lower ring portion 143, the lower ring portion 143 being fitted over the round body 121 of the drive member 12, the middle ring portion 141 having second teeth 144 on the inner side, the spur gear teeth are where the difference of the teeth number of the first teeth 24 and the second teeth 144 is one or two, the middle ring portion 141 on the outside having first worm gear teeth 145;a second gear member 15 having an axle portion 151 and an eccentric portion 152 below the axle portion 151, the axle portion 151 having an axial second through hole 153 through which the rod 13 is guided;a third gear element 16, which is placed around the eccentric portion 152 of the second gear member 16 and on the outside third teeth 161 which are spur gear teeth and in the lower region with the first teeth 124 of the drive member 12 and in the upper region with the second teeth 144th the first gear member 14 are engaged;a fourth gear member 17 which is wound around the shaft portion 151 of the second gear member 15 and has outer worm gear teeth 171 on the outer side;a first worm 18 disposed in the second chamber 116 of the lower housing 11 and engaged with the first worm gear teeth 145 of the first gear member 14, and at one end of the worm 18, a hand wheel may not be disposed;a second worm 19 connected at both ends to the first partition plate 113 and the second partition plate 114 and engaged with the second worm gear teeth 171 of the fourth gear member 17;a drive motor 20, which is arranged in the first chamber 115 of the lower housing 11 and serves to drive the second screw 19;a lid 31 disposed on the first chamber 115 and the second chamber 116 of the lower housing 11 and closing the first chamber 115 and the second chamber 116, the lid 31 having a hole 311 through which the rod 13 is guided;and an upper case 32 disposed on the lower case 11.
In use, first, the second screw 19 is rotationally driven by the drive motor 20 and thus rotates the fourth gear member 17 to the rod 13 with. The eccentric portion 152 and the third gear member 16 thereby revolve around the rod 13. In this case, the driving member 12 is locked by the first worm 18 and not rotated. When the third gear member 16 makes a circular movement along the second teeth 144, the first teeth 124 are only slightly rotated, whereby a high reduction ratio is obtained, so that a very large torque can be generated. Therefore, the plug insert 122 of the drive element 12 can open and close the valve.
If the drive motor 20 can not work due to power failure or the like, the drive member 12 can be rotated by a handwheel that rotates the first worm 18, which rotates through the first gear member 14, the third gear member 16, whereby the drive member 12th is rotated so that the valve can be opened and closed.
The feature of the invention is that the drive motor 20, the second screw 19 and the second worm gear 171 of the fourth gear member 17 rotates, wherein when the drive member 12 reaches the closing position of the valve (the opening angle is 0 °), the drive motor 20 switched off. At this time, the second worm 19 and the second worm gear teeth 171 will not be rotated back by a counterforce of the valve, so that the valve can be kept in the fully closed state (the opening angle is 0 °). Since the drive motor 20 does not require a locking device (such as a brake), the susceptibility to failure and the repair cost of the drive motor are reduced, so that the reliability is increased.
Although the invention has been explained in terms of its preferred embodiment, it is understood that many other possible modifications and variations can be made without departing from the scope of the invention as claimed below.

An electric control device for a valve, comprising at leasta lower housing (11) which is rectangular in shape, a bottom (111) and a wall (112) which form an upwardly open receiving space, wherein a first partition plate (113) and a second partition plate (112) arranged in the receiving space are a first chamber (115) and a second chamber (116), wherein on the underside of the bottom (111) a sleeve is formed, which is connected to a first through hole (118) of the bottom (111);a drive element (12) having a round body (121) and a plug insert (122) under the round body (121), wherein the round body (121) forms a round recess (123) having on the inner wall first teeth (124) which are spur gear teeth, wherein in the center of the round recess (123) an axial positioning hole (125) is provided, wherein the plug insert (122) of the drive member (12) from above into the first through hole (118) is inserted, whereby the round body (121) is received in the second chamber (116);a rod (13) whose lower end is fixed in the attachment hole (125);a first gear member (14) having a central ring portion (141), an upper ring portion (142) and a lower ring portion (143), the lower ring portion (143) being fitted over the round body (121) of the drive member (12) .wherein the middle ring portion (141) has on the inside second teeth (144) which are straight teeth, the number of the first teeth (24) and the second teeth (144) being slightly different, the middle ring portion (141) abutting the outside has first worm gear teeth (145);a second gear member (15) having an axle portion (151) and an eccentric portion (152) below the axle portion (151), the axle portion (151) having an axial second through hole (153) through which the rod (13) to be led;a third gear member (16) which is placed around the eccentric portion (152) of the second gear member (16) and on the outside third teeth (161) which are spur gear teeth and in the lower region with the first teeth (124) of the drive element (12) and in the upper region with the second teeth (144) of the first gear member (14) are engaged;a fourth gear member (17) wound around the shaft portion (151) of the second gear member (15) and having second worm gear teeth (171) on the outer side;a first worm (18) disposed in the second chamber (116) of the lower housing (11) and engaging with the first worm gear teeth (145) of the first gear member (14), one end of the worm (18) a handwheel can be arranged;a second worm (19) connected at both ends to the first partition plate (113) and the second partition plate (114) and engaged with the second worm gear teeth (171) of the fourth gear member (17);a drive motor (20) disposed in the first chamber (115) of the lower housing (11) and for driving the second worm (19);and an upper case (32) disposed on the lower case (11).
